During a recent fishing trip one of my brother-in-laws let me snag a Clif Bar from him.  I'd never had a Clif Bar before, of any flavor, and as I said this was during a fishing trip so it goes without saying that there was beer in the cooler.  I was shocked on how well the two paired together (I may have been a little drunk at the time so drunk-shocked is like sober-startled).  Once I was home I grabbed a few more flavors and realized that there were even better matches to be found.  After a few twitters showed there was some interest in this I resolved to blog my findings.
